…Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of southwestern Jefferson, Clark, northeastern Floyd, southeastern Scott, Oldham and northern Jefferson Counties through 800 AM EST…

At 731 AM EST, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 8 miles northwest of New Albany to Shively. Movement was northeast at 50 mph.

HAZARD…Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE…Radar indicated.

IMPACT…Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible.

Audubon Park and Parkway Village around 735 AM EST.
Louisville, Jeffersonville, Seneca Gardens, Strathmoor Village, Rolling Fields, Norbourne Estates, Richlawn, Kingsley, Strathmoor Manor and Bellewood around 740 AM EST.
St. Matthews, Lyndon, Hurstbourne, Graymoor-Devondale, Windy Hills, Beechwood Village, Barbourmeade, Northfield, Rolling Hills and Woodlawn Park around 745 AM EST.
Prospect, Anchorage, Worthington Hills, Coldstream, Creekside, Hickory Hill and Ten Broeck around 750 AM EST.

Other locations in the path of these storms include La Grange.
